Our Worship services commence at 11:00am (time-change Fall 2025) on Sunday mornings. You may enter at the front entrance on Gibson Street, or through the hall entrance off the back parking lot on Henry Street. Our friendly greeters will only be too happy to welcome you and hand you a bulletin. We congregate in the church hall following the service for conversation, coffee and other refreshments.
We are an all-inclusive, multi-generational congregation, with a common goal to extend kindness, compassion and goodwill through our spiritual love and worship of God. Reverence to God can be felt in the traditional feel of our sanctuary; beautifully clad in stained-glass windows depicting various biblical stories.
‘Church is not an event to show up to, but a family to belong to’. If you are looking for an extended family or a place to belong, please feel free to join us. EVERYONE is welcomed, accepted, and appreciated in this place.

November 30 – First Sunday of Advent – Worship Service with Rev. Lisa Greenwood
December 7 – Shared Service at Forest Hill United Church (at 10am) – No service at Gibson
December 14 – Christmas Carol Sing Sunday and 3rd Sunday of Advent – Worship Service with Rev. Mike Bravener & Heather Fyffe – There will be a potluck following the service with a ‘special visitor’ for the children!
December 21 – 4th Sunday of Advent – Worship Service with Rev. Mike Bravener and special guests The Backyard Brass – The Memorial and Celebration Tree insert will be in the bulletin
December 22 – Blue Christmas Service with Rev. Mike Bravener in the parlour at 6:30pm – A special service for those struggling through the holidays. ALL are Welcome!
December 24 (Wednesday) – Christmas Eve Service at 6:30pm – A special family service with Rev. Mike Bravener
December 28 – Shared Service at Forest Hill United Church (at 10am) – No service at Gibson – This will be a special musical service led by Brian and Libby Cassidy
